Pros
I joined kony 2011. Being a fresher I enjoyed working on kony tool. Its easy. But that's a trap. In kony you will learn nothing. If you change switch Kony then you realise this. I am facing this after working 3 and half year. It was my blunder and I advise you not to repeat just like me. They will make you work on their rotten tool. Which does not even follow proper MVC architecture. Please don't look for money if you are fresher. Join kony if you don't have other option. After joining just start preparing for other companies preferably startups.
Cons
1. Kony tools sucks. Its just a gcd of all the mobile os and spa frameworks. Native application development gives lots of flexibility and control. Working with native android and iOS you will learn lots of things but in kony you will learn nothing. Here you only have to call kony apis. So no learning. 2. HR guys are worst. They are there just to making noise in lunch area. After my resignation as per procedure they should have conducted some exit interview they don't. They does not care about employee. They are the worst team and people in kony. You can never expect any hr related work on time. 3. No career development plan and advise. For kony you are just worker nothing else. They will never talk and think about you future growth. 4. Hike is myth in kony and it's full of politics. If you like licking HR and Manager then its good.
