Pros

Kodify has a great management team who are always there to help the staff to grow personally and professionally. There are many benefits available to all of us that make this a fantastic place to work. There is a level of autonomy and trust in Kodify that enables everyone to flourish to the best of their abilities. Some of the benefits available to us are things like flexible working hours, training/personal development budgets and the possibility to work from home, just to name a few. Kodify is a successfully run private business that has managed to encompass some key cultural traits that aren't found in every company. We have a close knit family vibe between the employees and we live and work by the "Work Hard and Play Harder" motto. I feel like in the 7 years I have worked for Kodify I have not only experienced significant professional growth and understanding, I also feel like working here has had a positive impact on me personally too.

Cons

We are quite a remote and spread out company, having offices in Altea, Barcelona and Montreal as well as having remote staff scattered all over the globe.

Pros

Haven't met anyone I don't like. Everyone is kind and collaborative. Corporate in structure, but very casual and laid back. Everyone has a good sense of humor and happy to help out. The company really seems to care about their employees too, with great benefits!

Cons

Not much that I've encountered yet, but the days can be long, with changing call times, anywhere for 6:45 am (common) to 2pm (rare).

Pros

- Fun team - Fun retreat (if you have friends)

Cons

- Employees feel undervalued and easily discarded. Management promotes employees to "junior" titles for the same roles just to offer lower pay (e.g., $60K per year), making it unappealing. - Even newly hired employees quickly notice the extremely low pay relative to the workload, lack of support, and absence of career growth opportunities—most begin job searching immediately. - Raises are almost nonexistent, except for a *possible* 3% bonus based on performance, while factors like LA housing costs go unaddressed. The company fails to foster growth, encourage retention, or acknowledge the dedication and countless hours employees invest. Those who consistently go above and beyond, even after 6-7+ years with the company, often don’t earn $100K or have only just started earning a similar amount per year after more than half a decade of work. Advancement is rare, and growth opportunities typically only arise if management favors you socially or personally. Meanwhile, employees with 7+ years in management still don't make $100K annually, despite the company spending hundreds of thousands weekly/monthly on its multi-brand's "product" creation, activations, promotions, launches, etc.
