1. The management talks about MBM all the time, it's a 'philosophy' created by the CEO himself. It's a scam, completely biased against the employee. 2. Every achievement will be labelled as BAU by management to discourage any appraisal/hike discussion. 3. Koch owns several companies. Koch India is a service based company and they will assign you to one of their subsidiary companies. You will be treated as trash since these companies have their own full time employees who will resent you from day 1.
