Pros

Great compensation for those who are experienced at what they do. Phenomenal benefit package and great vacay allotment with opportunity to carry over.

Cons

Best way to describe it is an animal house (George Orwell). Everyone's equal however some more than others. Depends on what position you're in who your supervisor is how you get paid. I'm sure in some divisions you might be able to avoid the politics but not in our particular department and I was told they cleaned out almost the entirety of a different department for basically playing favouritism. It's an easy place to make enemies and it was a high stress and demanding environment. You would think that work should be all that really matters and as long as you follow procedure and compliance and the entirety your work is done on time & up to par what else really matters (& work loads can hey rather heavy)? Well not so much there's a consistent level of scrutiny and as mentioned easy to make enemies.

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
