      Some companies are better than others, but there are some tremendous leaders and growth opportunities inside Koch. Principle Based Management is great when it is actually used and creates a positive work culture.

      Principle Based Management isn't always integrated into leadership's actions, which can be discouraging or make it feel like "propaganda" when preached.
