      Pros

      Koch is the best company and I took right decision to join Koch industries . KGSI taught me the life lessons “ Vision, Value , Respect, Responsibility and ownership “ . My manager Viswanathan Pichai guiding and helping me each day . Our PBM guiding principles will train you to be an entrepreneur instead of being a normal company employee. Flexibility and Work life balance is the milestone of our company.

      Cons

      I didn’t show KOCH certification programs to develop our skills . Yes , we do have training courses but, it’s not enough. We love to add Koch certificate on our signatures 😊 .

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Pros

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      Cons

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
