Pros

- They will do their best to make sure you are comfortable at your desk, most employees will get a company phone.

Cons

Be prepared to get "stepped on" interns that have seniority over you will do their best to make sure you don't get the full time position they wanted. They will lie and get you fired if you don't kiss their rear ends. Advice to recent IT grads, if you are offered employment, consider re thinking. Any place of authority in this place is earned by stepping on others.

Koch Response

First, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As a company that invests in and values our college talent, be it interns or coops, I am disappointed to hear about your experience. As an organization we value not only how we treat our employees, but how they treat each other. The behavior you described is certainly not the type of environment we thrive in nor encourage. I have worked in many of our offices around the country and this is not the Koch I know and love. Humility and Respect are a large part of our culture to ensure we create a trusting environment, which helps hold everyone accountable to continually create value and achieve personal improvement. We thank you for sharing this feedback and wish you all the best in your career aspirations! Katie Schuckman, Koch Business Solutions Talent Acquisition Manager

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
