      Pros

      MBM Management philosophy encourages an open and objective approach to problem solving and decision making. Diversity and free thought are promoted and encouraged. Great place to be if one strives to sideline your one's bias, subjectivity and emotion in their decision making process. Average benefits for a large corporation. Excellent on-site food options,

      Cons

      Tendency to cling to old mental models Traditional work schedule (inflexible work hours) Most positions do not offer work from home Campus amenities limited relative to other large corporations.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Pros

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      Cons

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
