      Pros

      Koch has given me the opportunity to advance in IT without my having an IT related degree. I have applied the knowledge I have obtained and been given opportunities to advance from individual contributor to manager. Having the freedom to challenge the status quo is happening and expected. We truly do apply the MBM guiding principles in our every day work lives.

      Cons

      Change is a constant at Koch. If you are uncomfortable with constant change Koch may not be the right place for you.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.

      Pros

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      Cons

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
