      Pros

      Overall company culture is superior as Koch not only has guiding principles but PBM framework for helping guide employees and decisions. Now not every company is necessarily equal in how they embrace PBM but I would say that is just the "newer" acquired companies through the years.

      Cons

      Not a con but for people who aren't used to working for a large organization it can be difficult.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.

      Culture is almost cult-ish Doesn't pay well Unless you don't spew out PBM vocabulary, you're not seen as a 'valuable' member of the team
