Remote-friendly culture: Employees are expected to be self-driven and are given the freedom to work independently — a great fit for high-performing remote workers. Intentional in-person connection: While remote, the company makes a real effort to bridge the gap with periodic in-person gatherings and a solid annual offsite. Equitable compensation: Pay feels fair and competitive, and benefits are solid considering our startup stage.
