      Pros

      A product that works really well! A Leadership team that is really dialed in to it's employees and our Market. Integrity, Flexibility, Challenging , and Rewarding ! Just a wonderful environment to work in.

      Cons

      It's a start up culture so this may be a con for some but we are backed by a great parent company (Cybozu).
