Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're happy to hear you’ve felt welcomed and supported as a new joiner. We appreciate your positive outlook on the early-stage setup—your perspective and contributions are truly valued as we continue to build and grow together.
Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.
Cons
While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Cons
