Flexible hours and work location. Good mix of remote, office, and time in production facilities
Cons
Difficult to feel like you're making an impact or learning that much. Does not feel like most of what you learn can be translated to different company/roles

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the flexible hours and remote working opportunities.
We understand your concerns about not making a significant impact or learning skills that are transferable to other roles. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to providing meaningful learning opportunities and impactful work experiences for all our employees.
We encourage you to discuss your career goals and development needs with your manager. We want to support your growth and ensure that your time at Kimberly-Clark is both fulfilling and beneficial for your career journey.

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.
Cons
While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
