Pros
As our management is so fond of saying; " you should be glad you still have a job". I suppose I should. A pay check when one is needed. The production workers and some of the engineers are excellent to work with.
Cons
Economic excuses used to rob from the workers and give to the management. Unrealistic projections used to rob from the workers. Quota based evaluation system. Excessive length of time to reach top out pay. Too many roadblocks to prevent employees from reaching top out pay. Management constantly changing rules and regulations based on their own perceptions. Loss of high involvement team organization. Most decisions made or forced by management.
