Pros

Pay Benefits Local Leadership (Lisa, Carl, Mark, Mike M., etc.)

Cons

- K-C Cares is a "value" at the company. I believe local leaders care, but no one above them. Leave role open forever to deliver short-term results and offer no personal thanks or appreciation for the team in North America. - Will hire new people based on price and location vs capabilities. This Includes a forced relocation in the middle of a pandemic (if you want to keep your job) - C-suite will make decisions for you versus local empowerment model - Team Leaders are handcuffed on providing more to talented people. Many of them end up leaving. - IT, good luck if you computer has issues. Unreal how much time is wasted - Career development at K-C is now all videos. Who wants that? What happened to training being offered by peers or superiors? Never mind, they are all busy doing 2-3 roles at once every 2-3 years.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
