      Pros

      For the most part, management is flexible and understanding in regards to flexible work arrangements/flex time.Gernerally atmosphere is very professional and congenial.

      Cons

      Surprisingly not very diverse, particularly considering it is located just outside Atlanta. Difficult to advance within company if trying to move to different area, and not very much support or mentoring.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
