      great coworkers strong team culture well compensated well intended leadership plans successful brands safe culture strong ethics excellent benefits supports community

      Heavy workload requires long hours, weekends Too many initiatives, not prioritized Performance rated on 9-box grid is demoralizing glass ceiling - cronyism values consultant input more than internal employee input political battles and turf wars for control and recognition slow to change

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
