      Pros

      Stable company. If you are halfway competent you are welcome to stay as long as you like.

      Cons

      Many longtime employees. Almost all managers, directors and up have been there for 20 years plus. Lots of "inbreeding" of ideas with few people willing to "rock the boat" push and lead. Little reward for anyone who wants to make a difference with new ideas and new approaches.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
