Pros

Flexible work arrangements, talent/technical expertise, access to excellent R&D capabilities, fairly easy to get projects approved to work on

Cons

Constant restructuring that does not seem to bring about positive change, lack of any real innovation strategy, lots R&D projects but very little coming out of the pipeline, supposed to be a marketing-led company but doesn’t play out in the real day to day operations, no real investments in improving the culture or employee morale after all the restructuring, penny pinching is extreme, culture has become more and more fear based as employees have little job security, decision making has so many layers and things move very slowly as a result, even top talent has a hard time moving into other business units and so career development is challenging

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
