      Ample opportunity to advance (if you are willing to sacrifice everything for them). Starting a profit sharing plan.

      Cons

      Upper management too focused on short term gains, not long term vision. Executives do not show appreciation to the rank and file.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
