      Pros

      Awesome people mostly the oldtimers treat you very well. They all agree the company was great to work for for many years. Fun working this is best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      Pay and bennys are being cut as an excuse. Although the company has been doing very well and making very good profits. Pay is stagnant in technical fields depending on location. Not a very clear direction, alot of corporate slogans that don't make a bit of difference.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
