      Pros

      Large company with good benefits and stability. Great coworkers that are very knowledgable in many areas of the company. The offices are in nice locations, and the atmosphere is nice as well.

      Cons

      With the recent layoffs, it seems we are losing top talent in areas that are essential to business growth and innovation. With any large company, quick decisions are never made quickly and take too much time.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
