Pros

Good benefits, great wages , and the 12 hour shifts give you lots of family time

Cons

Just because you are an engineer, does not make youa great supervisor, seems to be a requirement there. could be their downfall. long hours , hard work hard on the body over time dont feel appreciated, proof was the mill closing, and treatment of the employees.. :(

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
