Pros

Great People - Many people have been with the company for over 10-15 years and some for most of their career. This helps to build great relationships among co-workers and a fun place to work. Stability - Overall, business does not suffer as much during a recession.

Cons

While many people have been with the company for their entire careers, this also makes the company very insular and slow to change. Company tends to be overly cost focused on "little things" (ie office supplies and printer paper) while not realizing that the culture, systems and way of doing business wastes millions of dollars every year.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
