Pros

Great coworkers Intellectually stimulating projects Lots of varied expertise Great mentoring Good money Fair management, willing to discuss things

Cons

Hard to innovate...people work for the sake of having a job...starting to change, though (for the better) Loss of company prestige and values to save money Not confident in senior management...focused on numbers, not quality of products/marketing Easy to get lost in a large company Below average/mediocre performers sometimes

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
