Pros

Great workplace to build personal relationships outside of work. Good learning experience for the new employee up to 10 year mark. Competitive salaries for the region. Great health care benefits package compared to other companies.

Cons

Let itself get to "fat" and working on the too little too late method to solve. Lots of favoritism shown in advancement. Career advancement/development really hits a wall at the 10 year mark. Reducing or removing many great benefits that made it a great company to work for.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
