Pros
Most lower level co-workers are very nice and supportive. Good pay and benefits, depending on your job. Pretty good balance between work and personal life.
Cons
Run by the good ol' boy network. If you don't have the ear of someone in upper management, you won't go anywhere in this company. Very arrogant corporate culture. Customers are not important at all. Too many acronyms and no one will explain them. Very poor job training. If you can see a better way to do a task, it won't go anywhere - the only ideas that are implemented come from upper management.
