Pros

Good colleagues, work from home, good products

Cons

Terrible leadership; good Sales Reps do not always make good team leaders; too many cliques that can freeze you out of opportunities to grow; do not trust when they say “non-retaliation policy”…you are not protected; bros supporting and promoting bros—it’s always been this way; don’t believe them when they say “don’t answer your phone or check email while you’re on vacation”

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
