We use industry-standard tools to determine compensation ranges and regularly review our offerings, including benefits and equity, to ensure they are competitive and fair across roles and levels. In parallel, we’ve been making deliberate investments to strengthen engineering leadership, improve platform reliability, clarify longer-term direction to make sure we are aligned across teams, and reinforce consistent expectations around performance, recognition, and fairness.
We also hold a high hiring bar because the work we do is complex and meaningful. We will continue to invest in improving the systems and processes that support our existing team in doing their best work.
