Pros

Only good thing was they had a fully stock fridge and snacks

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked at! i have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. i was constantly being watched and judged by my facial expressions i was told i look miserable why? because i didn't have a constant smile on my face and would rather work than socialize and play ping pong. Most of the Managers are unprofessional have a lack of experience and shouldn't even be in management . when they hire you they forget to mention even though your getting 3 catered lunches a week most are not actually catered... you will be obligated to be in the kitchen preparing them and I mean actually cooking and using knives .. they tell you to help move conference table that weighs 500 pound or more set up and break down chairs when they have meetings or owner is teaching a class for his other company ... and not to mention the dirty looks you will get if you don't want to participate, especially if you don't want to play in there ping pong tournaments... all they care about is how you fit in and socialize with them.. not the quality of your work, and forbid if you have a voice or opinion about something ... not to mention for the very short time i was there at least 5 people quit ...So if you want to socialize, be under payed, be a cook, a mover and enjoy ping pong then you will fit right in or you will be terminated.

Pros

Very knowledgeable and friendly people leading to a great culture overall. The company is tightly knit, and I can speak with anyone on a first name basis. Lunch provided 3x a week as well as company picnics and other fun activities. You will get as much out of this company as you put into it. In the time that I've worked here I have learned something new every day, and certainly grown as a professional as well as an individual. I believe that this sentiment is shared by many others here as well. In my experience management is adept at opening up opportunities to those willing to work for them.

Cons

Some people call it 'growing pains' which I take to mean we are still perfecting our process. The company is expanding, and putting optimal practices and tools in place is still a work in progress on the sales floor. There are many manual tasks which need to be automated.
