-Screening people for Medi-Cal eligibility. -multiple languages for patients to get helped in -Helping people get access to care
Cons
-The location is in a very sketchy ktwon area. - Management does not care about your well-being and doesn't like when you take two days off within a pay period (even when you're sick and have time off). -management does not step in if patients are rude -some patients have no idea how insurance works and take that frustration out on you -favoritism in the workplace
