Pros
Great people across the business. Strong leadership who are technically brilliant and great at translating this to staff and clients. Has managed to maintain a small business approach whilst becoming a key part of the SAP consultancy market.
Cons
Sometimes comms slips a bit and comes in waves rather than planned. Can be difficult to navigate the business at times as roles are shared and not always defined (could be a function of the small business thing though so maybe a headache rather than a con!
