      Relaxed environment due to hotdesking free fruit

      Cons

      Is not multilaterally diverse Are not understanding or respecting of people from different classes of life Unless you know or are related to someone in management you will be treated like an outsider Training is not given and you are expected to hit the ground running Senior members of staff are easily intimidated Alot of gossiping Management structure is not clear and you will get alot of people trying to manage you

      Pros

      Some really talented people to work with. They're excited by new technologiesand fairly flexible about work locations

      Cons

      No career growth unless you're a relative or school-friend of the directors. You're better off contracting for them, more money, less responsibilities and all the perks.

      - Interesting projects - great management - I worked with great people - flexible company - great work/life balance - remote working a few days a week (depend on client)

      - would benefit from a clear yearly review process for permanent employees

      thanks for your review, we have had a formal review system in place for staff for almost 12m now which is helping us to further support individual learning and development and create career path opportunities for everyone
