Pros

None that comes to mind

Cons

Everything was sales, sales, sales. They do not care for their employees. Everyone quits because the job only pays 40 dollars a day. Not promised the numbers that were guaranteed in the interview. Total pyramid scheme. Doesn’t reimburse for travel. The front desk receptionist is rude. Avoid at all costs!

Pros

Some of the staff can be uplifting and fun and if you need a quick buck while looking for a real job, it’s good.

Cons

Mass hires people - people quit or get fired in hoards which is an HR nightmare. If they don’t hit their sales numbers, they’re out and the company gets any and all of the bonuses you’re owed from farther up the ladder, if you would even get them in the first place. I was supposed to get a few thousand dollars in bonuses that I never saw. My paycheck was pretty small even with decent numbers. I wasn’t the best but also not the worst. I worked in the backend a bit too and saw how the company went after very vulnerable populations and thrived off their naiveness. They especially likes to hire very young uneducated people or people from rough backgrounds promising them that they can have their own team and will be rich if they just hit their numbers. But no actual training though. Painted as opportunity and diversity and inclusion and a nice big boy job which for some feels like it’s impossible to do so they take it. What they are really doing is trying to find the most desperate people so they can keep them for two weeks and meet number goals.
