      Pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Let go after only two months in a 3 minute meeting with HR. Not a single word from my manager, and zero warning. Was told it "wasn't personal." Management's ideas are disconnected from reality. Poor planning, poorer execution, no vision. I received zero direction or guidance from my manager, who was vaping in her beach wear during most team meetings.

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
