In terms of the day-to-day work, the company ensures that all staff receive the necessary support to do their jobs well. The company is also undergoing significant growth, which is opening the door to some great professional development opportunities for staff at all levels of the business. Having worked at Key Media for 8 years, I can say with confidence that these 'Pros' have been very consistent.
Cons
The dynamic nature of the business coupled with its expansion means there is rarely 'downtime' (a good thing in this economic climate!) and things can get markedly busy in some departments, but as mentioned in the 'Pros' section, management ensures that support is ready at hand for staff when needed.
