Nothing really, good organization, student oriented

It's a small office setting where you will be working closely with pretty much everyone in the office. It's a rewarding experience since you'll be helping students achieve their academic goals and help them grow into becoming fine adults. If you're looking to kick start your career in education or in administration then this place may be what you're looking for.

You have to work Saturdays for pretty much the entire year. Also, since it's not a huge office setting, you'll get sucked into other people's responsibilities/work due to lack of manpower.
