Applied for the office position online and emailed in resume. Received an email for an interview but never received any other details afterwards. Absolute silence from the company. No response from them despite saying they would contact by certain time. Then randomly received a call a few weeks later with no acknowledgement of exchanged emails. Spoke with them for less than 30 minutes.

very welcoming people, asked me questions about my academics, volunteer experience, and basic interview questions that helped them to know me a bit better. shouldn't be too concerned about interview process at all.
