Pros
Great company to work at if you have very little engineering experience, unusually thick skin and a whole lot of ambition. You will gain a ton of experience if you don't have a nervous breakdown or develop a substance abuse problem in response to the job stress associated with immense responsibility coupled with unrealistic expectations from management. The actual work is very technically challenging and rewarding in that respect. Production personnel were very decent and friendly.
Cons
Working with overbearing, micromanaging, talentless, uneducated management hacks. Being paid peanuts. Given little to no training (although since management is clueless you can always fake it till you make it!) Technical due diligence viewed by management as a necessary evil.
