      Pros

      - I have worked with many teams but this one is (by far) one of the best. Great people make a great company! - Sales is smoking the competition. The company is growing year over year. - The office will be remodeled in 2025. New everything! - The parent company is investing in the right people/systems/safety and environment to work! - People are empowered to make the right decisions. - Work smart / not hard (but fast and accurate) is the current ask. Be productive!

      - Necessary changes happened to get a better future. People need to be open and adapt quickly. - It's hard to lose weight with all the food people constantly bring and share in the office. People are very smart and you must bring your "A" game to ALL the team-building events.
