Pros
Excellent professional culture, good benefits. They are flexible when needed when work-life balance is required. There is a friendliness and lack of politics as compared to other firms
Cons
High expectations and long hours, however the pay is good too. They strive to implement new processes around work-life balance, but sometimes the leadership doesn't follow-through, which can come across as disingenuous
