Pros
Care about people. Truly nice folks. Hardly any jerks. A ton of flexibility, especially for those that take it. Really honest and ethical. Care about diversity but work to do.
Cons
Entrepreneurial can mean disorganized. Not a great backbone infrastructure so you re-create the wheel sometimes. Some areas of extreme strength and some holes. Mostly good projects but some stinkers (like much of consulting).
