Pros
Vantage Media had some of the most talented individuals in the industry, awesome perks, great environment, was a fun place to work. The company ran smoothly like one large team, everyone supporting each other, working together. Management was supportive.
Cons
As a current employee, it's sad to agree with the prior comments made about Vantage Media. Unfortunately perks have been removed, talented people have been pushed out and replaced by managements former coworkers from prior company. There is a tense feeling around the office when management is around. Company moral is super low, I think management likes it that way. When it comes down to pay, they are misleading. I was told I was getting a salary of 75k, when I accepted and went in to sign paperwork, it was actually 65k with a 10k bonus, big difference.
