Pros
Immediate colleagues and shift pattern - managers made sure staff took their holidays. Free milk, coffee and tea. H&S staff always on the ball.
Cons
Not much scope for career advancement. No training given to staff. Pay freezes almost every year. If one part of the business was doing badly then no one would get a pay rise. Sales staff would often promise clients the earth but Kantar management would take the money and not reinvest in staff and products.
