Pros

There's lots of client-side interaction if you're on the Client Leadership team. Exposure to variety of different industries, tools and supportive colleagues that are always collaborative

Cons

Compensation and work/life balance. There are times where life is manageable but when it's reporting period (whether that's month, quarterly or bi-annually for your respective accounts), life can go sideways, quickly. Responsibilities and scope of work often gets blurred between roles and often times than not you might feel overworked or feel like you're working above/below your pay grade which can come to you as a pressure and/or stress. Back-end processes are not streamlined resulting in processes (data, reporting etc.) that are disparate and not transferrable between one account to another. Benefits, annual merit and bonus structure here is no comparable to the industry. You will get all of them (maybe not merit increase every year) but don't expect to see a big change in your lifestyle over time.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
