Pros

- You can learn market research from the best expert here - High-profile clients and you may present the finding to the C-level - Nice, friendly, and supportive teammates. - Generous WFH policy, unpaid leaves, and extensive learning sources. - Starting early 2021, workers can have an access to 24/7 Telepsychiatry (free consultation)

Cons

- Crazy long working hours where you can expect to work from morning to morning (typical research agency) - Complicated business process and some outdated tools for the project. - As the turnover is high, some teams have problems with manpower planning and messy work documentations. - Researchers no longer can work in various industries, we are expected to specialize in only one field (such as only FMCG)

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
