Pros
Great People. HR are good in the sense they really encourage feedback about the company. I have never woken up and not wanted to come to work. I feel supported by my direct manager and senior management are also very approachable
Cons
There have been lots of changes in the department, which I feel have stalled my progress. They're aren't enough opportunities for progression or career development-but this is symptomatic of a lot of large companies. There is a lot of room for improvement for communication between senior management and the team
