      Pros

      Many talented and driven employees. Work/Life balance is wonderful and why people are staying.

      Cons

      Top tier management lack leadership skills and ability to implement or follow through on what they claim are their plans. Pay has remained stagnant for years. Last year's increase in pay was 1% for the very top performers. Bonuses didn't exist this year and last year's were pitiful as well.

      Ownership, independence, trust. Opportunities for growth. Breadth of knowledge. Unlimited PTO. Flexibility. Great people.

      Cons

      Archaic, convoluted processes that slow down and prevent you from doing your job. It is NOT easy to get a raise or a promotion, even when you work on the most prestigious accounts.
