Leaving the place. Seriously I have nothing good to say about this hell hole. The people all pretend to be nice but be warned they're sharpening their knives.
Cons
It comes to something when you dread going in to work each morning because you fear you'll get sacked for no reason. Senior management of the insight team have no qualms on bullying junior members. Regularly see people crying. Zero support from management. Director and above I'm that team have been working together for donkeys. They just look out for each other and to heck with everyone else. They have no idea how to deal with clients or what's important to them. Lastly they have no idea if any projects ever make money. They literally ask you to put hours down to jobs you are not involved in. Fairly sure that's illegal
